I recall a post some time back saying that Shaefer had some "legal difficulties" which probably prompted him to sell off a LOT of stuff. He regularly has quite a bit of Cain's memorabilia for sale on eBay. I bought a couple of Bob Wills-related items from him. He, um, 'neglected' to mention that they were not originals, but copies. It was another lesson in life for which I paid real money.
