Henry, According to the Billboard book I mentioned, Leon McAuliff(e) had 5 chart entries. Curiously, "Faded Love" by him entered twice, once as an instrumental, and once as a vocal with the Glaser Brothers. The instrumentel version (on Cimarron 4057) entered the chart on 12/22/62 and got to #22. The vocal version (Glasers, MGM 14249) entered on 7/3/71 and also got to #22. "Faded Love" charted a total of 5 times. The highest it ever got was #3 with the Willie Nelson & Ray price verion in 1980. Bob's version (MGM 10786) entered the chart on 11/4/50 and got to #8. Patsy Cline's charted at #7 in 1963. I'd say the song had a very good run.
