Thanks...that helps. My Papa left Tioga at the age of 15...that had to have been in 1943...and his dream was to play with Bob Wills. I was wondering how long it took for that to happen. He was there when Leon was...I'll keep digging...I guess it could have been in the 40s but he was playing with Bob Wills/Johnny Lee/Hoyle Nix in the 60s also. I guess he's looking down at me now thinking he should have put dates on all his stuff...ha!
