I spoke to Jr. Mitchan as he was a Texas Playboy in the early 1960s. He remembers George Petton. I have seen George's last name spelt Payton. He was also at the August 11, 1984 Texas Playboy reunion in Tulsa and is in the video that Delta made. When George left the Texas Playboys, Billy Carter took his place.
