I'm Karen Andes, Western Swing Society President. I was honored to have Kenny Lowery on our bandstand this time last year. His voice is still as marvelous as you remember it to be. He now lives in the Reno area and is doing well after suffering a serious stroke and heart attack since his visit here. We had a reunion last year for Billy Jack Wills band members. Many of them still live in the Sacramento area.
