Duke, I enjoy your comments- I guess you and I got exposed to Bob thru Kapp about the same time-that's when I got to be such a Bob Wills fan- about 1966 and still consider Tagg Lambert a great singer and under-rated guitar player. I think you are around the Temple, Texas area? I am in Lampasas. I was delighted to see Bob in 1969 at the Killeen, Texas rodeo- sadly, he was very ill and had to be "steered around" by the pick-up band members but was still a thrill and I got his autograph. I guess what I'm saying is the Kapps were also the albums that got me first exposed to Bob Wills music.
