Sham said Hoyle would make the band pick up trash as they left the dance, which didn't set well with most of them. Of course Eldon had no objection to that rule, but understood that most musicians are "too important" to be trash haulers. I saw Eldon's fondness of Hoyle, and I think it was from the reverence Hoyle had for Bob.
