I was privileged to see Merle Haggard again this weekend. He did a great tribute to Bob, and played excellent fiddle on TAKE ME BACK TO TULSA, complete with Bob Wills style "hollering." Merle Haggard is now an influence himself, and I was struck by how Bob Wills legacy lives on in so many country music greats.
