I'm not a relative, but I'll try to give you some information, but I need some more info - How could your grandmother be a toddler in 1980 - just 22 years ago? Bob's father, John Tomkins Wills was born in Grovesburg, Texas in 1880 and died in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1952. The only states he lived in were Texas and Oklahoma as far as I know. The years aren't lining up, and no mention has ever been made about their family raising anyone outside the family, and none by that name.
