Can Buddy, or anyone tell me how Millard "Skunk" (from his Oklahoma hunting days) Kelso spent his last years in California? Seems like of all the pianists- his different tenures were the longest combined of all others with Bob Wills. Seems like I read somewhere that after Skeeter Elkin, Bob never did employ a regular pianist until the early sixties- Bennie Johnson I believe but wondered why Kelso left Bob for the last time? Seems he passed away in California in 1966 if I recall?
