can you tell us times, periods and places covered more than others? I guess just a condensed version of who ran it, when, where, how wide a trip, bookings, etc -anything to define what's in it. Fans are always wanting times maybe not covered and locations not covered in other books, films, etc -what does this add? and thanks!
