Don't know abou that, but did find out about a recently-released interview of Bob which is reportedly extensive. Mr. Riggs has kept the recording for all these years with the hope of finding the right hands with which to entrust it for posterity. He was eventually put in touch with us here at www.bobwills.com by a friend, Mr. Gary Frietag, also of Florida. Now, this 36 minute recording of Bob Wills' own voice discussing his life and music is digitized and re-mastered to provide the earliest known conversational recording of this Swing music legend. Note: While the version you receive is indistinguishable from the original, this recording captures the essence of the time and circumstances in which it was recorded and stored, so be prepared for occasional audible distortion and less-than-optimal acoustics of the room where it was recorded.
