Cindy was listening to the radio at work today when Tumbleweed Smith came on and was talking about someone playing thier first dance when they were 8 years old. It was our friend Jody Nix on "Sounds of Texas" telling about his musical career. Jody told of getting his first fiddle at 11 and playing Ida Red on it a week later at a New Years Eve dance with daddy Hoyle. Cindy said it was a great interview!
